Drive Medical Envoy 8 Road-Legal Mobility Scooter
The Drive Medical Envoy 8 is a Class 3, road-legal mobility scooter equipped with a 500W motor, delivering a top speed of 8mph and a range of up to 30 miles per charge. All-round suspension, pneumatic tyres, and a fully adjustable captain’s seat are fitted as standard. Available in Blue, Red, and Silver.
Performance
The 500W motor provides a top speed of 8mph with a maximum range of 30 miles (48km) from the included 2 × 12V 50Ah sealed lead acid batteries. Maximum climbing angle is 8°. The scooter is fully road-legal as a Class 3 vehicle, with pavement mode selectable via the tiller controls.
Suspension & Ride
All-round suspension is fitted across all four wheels, absorbing surface irregularities from pavements, roads, and uneven terrain. Black pneumatic tyres are mounted on 5-inch alloy rims, providing grip and shock absorption.
Seating
The padded captain’s seat features 360° swivel for access, forward/backward sliding adjustment, and backrest recline. A height-adjustable headrest is included. Padded armrests are fitted on both sides.
Tiller & Controls
Ergonomic delta-style handlebars are fitted as standard, allowing operation with one or both hands. The tiller features one-touch hydraulic angle adjustment. A full LED lighting package includes headlights, rear lights, and indicators. A horn, battery level indicator, and speed selector are integrated into the control panel.
Storage
A front-mounted basket is included for carrying personal items during transit.
